(February 28, 2015, 3:39 pm)Had a great overall experience - in 'frantic' search for a snow roof rake, found this web site and it looked interesting. Strong testimonials but I was still skeptical since it was their web content, not 'open'.
But I picked up the phone and called - the owner took the call (Steve) and he was fantastic. Told me another customer ordered the snow roof rake attachment just the week prior.
Bought 6 pole extensions, the snow rake attachment and an ergonomic handle. Placed the order mid-day Tuesday and Steve said it would ship Wednesday and should deliver on Saturday. He actually got it out same day and I received on Friday -- so full day for me on Saturday to work on the snow removal process -- EXCELLENT SERVICE!
As far as the product itself - A+. Lightweight yet solid (although still not easy to maneuver a 30' pole and rake - but knew there would be some sweat equity) and neighbor was impressed with how sturdy the entire package was - much better than the snow rake he was using.
Bottom line - thank you Steve - hope your company is successful as my experience was top notch.
(BTW - his main products are tree pruning-related -- but the auxiliary attachment for snow removal was just what I needed).

(March 29, 2014, 12:14 am)Bought one of their 30' saw systems. Very happy with it. We have 20 California Palms on our property between 10'-25' in height, we can literally trim each tree in under 5 minutes. Nice poles, and nice blade. Saves me a truckload of money not paying someone to do it.
