  I’ve been to two classes with Kaleena and couldn’t be happier. I’ve taken yoga from various instructors over the past 15 years or so and she is my favorite. Great instruction and focus on breathing and meditation rather than spending half the class doing push-ups and crunches (something I’ve encountered a lot in power yoga classes). If you’re looking for an authentic yoga experience, I think this is it.

  Admittedly I'm biased, but having never had an interest and now having taken classes at a few places with a variety of teachers I know how special Soulshine is. It's a great environment in a very easy place to access with great people teaching. I never feel awkward or self conscious even though I'm new and don't know the names of things. It feels so good to take a break from everything and just do something where the goal is to just be...and boy does it make a difference for my body aches, too. Guys, give it a shot. I love it.

  A little slice of heaven in Glocester RI. Plenty of parking, welcoming space and experienced teachers who are so knowledgeable. There’s a class for everyone-give it a try!

  Absolutely awesome experience!!!! The center is so welcoming and calming! The staff is knowledgeable and classes and wonderful!!!!!
