(October 2, 2019, 4:34 pm)My Car is an exceptional service station. Jack works on several classic Jaguars I own. While I do my own research on service work, I do not do any type of work. I go to him to discuss issues & half the time he tells me everything is fine. He certainly could take advantage; but he has NEVER. He is a kind gentleman, honest & true expert in his trade. His shop is incredible neat & clean. He always lays a clean protective blanket between him & the car to protect the body work. He always uses genuine Jaguar Parts & Fluids unless he advises you that other aftermarket items are better/value. Highly recommend.

(May 18, 2018, 7:29 am)If you've got a Jag, or any other European car, you need to know about Jack at My Car. I've been bringing my 2 Jaguars to him for years and he's never let me down. He's honest and helpful and he enjoys keeping these cars on the road. After buying my XJ12, I knew it needed some work, and Jack was more than helpful. Even though I didn't have an appointment, he found the time to lift the car and went through it, from front to back, making a list with me about repairs that needed to be done soon, and ones that could wait. He knows where to find parts for these older Jags that may no longer be available. He's fair with parts and labor pricing. He's even helped give advice for work I've done myself. For bigger jobs, when I don't have time or the special tools, Jack takes care of it.
