I go to him to discuss issues & half the time he tells me everything is fine. He certainly could take advantage; but he has NEVER. He is a kind gentleman, honest & true expert in his trade. His shop is incredible neat & clean. He always lays a clean protective blanket between him & the car to protect the body work.
