“I joined TWF sometime in October 2018. I was looking for a place that I would want to come back everyday and workout. It's been a great 4 months here.The workouts are fun and the energy levels in the classes are high.There is always someone to help you out when in need. There are people at different fitness levels too and the coaches always give you multiple options if you are unable to do an exercise. I am a fitter and more importantly a happier me than I was 4 months back. Many feel that the monthly fee is on the higher side but honestly its the best $200 I spend every month. (I am sure there are other places where we can cut our expenditures :)) .Thank you Coach Mike and Jen! Anyone in doubt should give it a try for a month and I am sure you wont regret it!”

“After nearly every round of golf, I would struggle with a sore back that would limit my ability to get back out to play again the next day or so. It got to the point where I was spending more time before the round trying to stretch and prepare to play and avoid soreness than actually playing. Overall, golf was becoming less enjoyable until I met the guys at Dynamic Performance. They gave me the right strategies to play pain free, and allowed me to spend my time before the round on the range and practice green as opposed to stretching. I was able to play 18 holes and wake up the next morning without back stiffness after only a couple of visits, and I can't recommend this company enough for any injury you may be struggling with for long periods of time.”
