I also needed the accountability of a regular schedule and trainer in order to stay committed and on track. I felt the personal, one-on-one attention from the very first time I walked in the door and have felt welcomed ever since. When I had a couple of injuries over the years, it was never an issue to modify the activities so that I could still (safely) get the most out of a workout.
