(October 21, 2019, 1:12 pm)Liz is great! She's very good at gauging where you are and what you're capable of learning at that particular time in your journey. This is definitely the studio to go to if you're serious about learning pole and progressing. Class times fit amazingly into my schedule.
(July 21, 2018, 4:34 pm)I took a intro to pole dancing class and it's was the best dancing experience I have had!!!! She warms you up and talks about the importance of certain stretches that are needed to pole dance and she breaks it down beautifully. I have never done this before but I can say it was so fun and totally possibly to follow and get in the moves. Liz really brings it and I look forward to continuing this practice and classes here. Drop the stigma and shame and get your body moving!!! Best workout I have had. Take a class and try it!
(April 1, 2018, 2:42 pm)I had the pleasure of dancing with Liz in an Exotic Dance/Choreography class. The space is beautiful and I was given a warm welcome to the studio. Great space for wanting to explore your own movement and for having fun.

(401) 305-0753. Have wanted to try this for a while, saw a Groupon and decided to give it a go with a group of good friends Fun, clean, instructor was patient, Location was a bit difficult--parking was a nightmare, but that may have been the night we went. I'll definitely try it again!
