I signed up for an unlimited membership as soon as my first month was over. I love the variety of classes and flexible times! There's always a great class to choose from. I highly recommend the Woods! ????

(May 22, 2019, 10:17 am)It was my first experience at woods yoga class. I had taken a couple of yoga classes before but never truly believed in the power of yoga. After taking just one class my whole perspective has changed. It was absolutely amazing! The entire experience from walking in to walking out. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!!
