(September 24, 2022, 8:52 am)My first time here. Went to see 38 Special. The venue is fantastic it's small and feels intimate. The security staff was fantastic at making sure people didn't stand in the isle or in front of you we had front row of 2nd section. However my 4 star rating is because of the restaurants were mostly closed unless you wanted a 2 hour wait to get into the higher scale restaurants. We finally found a Johnny Rockets and waited in line for 45 minutes. They did one order at a time. Then another 25 min for food to be done. This on a Sunday evening at 6:00 is inexcusable. The website also said it was a non smoking facility when in fact the whole section were food was open was in fact a smoking section of the casino. And finally I contracted COVID19 here. Even though I was vaccinated.
(September 4, 2022, 7:57 am)Had a great time here today. Not a big winner but was able to play for quite awhile. All the dealers were great especially a couple of the stick men they were very animated at the position and made for a fun experience.
(July 2, 2022, 8:06 pm)Beautiful presentation of appetizers and bread. Food perfectly cooked. Staff is wonderful, highly trained, and very friendly. Sports memorabilia along with a huge selection of bottled wines. Dinner is worth the price.
(June 17, 2022, 8:17 am)Always have a good time here! Much better variety of machines. Bathrooms are updated nicely and are finally clean!!! Great variety of places to eat. My only issue is that i think it's ridiculous that the dunkin donuts up front isn't open 24hrs. They should have places to get something to drink, like water & soda for free. They don't have enough staff for beverage service here. They should with the amount of money this place tales in daily!!!
(June 4, 2022, 9:58 pm)Lots of renovations in progress. It was a lot cleaner and the air was more fresh than the last time we were there. I am a smoker but in the past, even I thought it was very stuffy in there. I feel as though they may have a better air purification system now.
The machines have been updated and the payouts were enough to keep us playing for a fair amount of time.
