“Excellent service! I drove up from Barrington based on the past positive reviews, which were clearly accurate. I had a dry clean only organic wool mattress cover that became wet with urine after my child slept in our bed. I had called several dry cleaners and was instructed that the entire stain would most likely not come out with dry cleaning alone so I spot cleaned with wool-lite and stain remover, then bagged up the cover (still damp from spot cleaning) and brought it to Diamond. I spoke with them about how it was dry-clean only and that I had spot cleaned it. Somehow it got mixed up, either because it was damp or the info wasn't relayed and it ended up getting washed by the man who personally takes care of their large delicate items. He immediately called me, apologized and told me that about the mistake, explained that it shrunk and offered to purchase a replacement. I gave him the mattress companies info and within a couple of days recieved the replacement cover. Clearly this is a business that values their reputation and takes responsibility for the items they care for, no matter how difficult the item is. Honestly, even with the accident, I wouldn't trust my large items to anyone else. I will definitely return my business there in the future.”

“I go to this Supercuts regularly. The hair stylists are all professional. The cut I get is a fine cut. I have even seen a stylist go above and beyond what is the normal duties\ responsibilities to assist a customer. The customer did not know the exact product the neighbor recommended. But the stylist researched what product the neighbor uses by history. She could have just left it as a good attempt. But she did not she found out what the product was.”
