“If you are looking for a friendly home, with strong, Conservative Baptist doctrine, many activities for all ages, and friends for life, then look no further! This church has a powerful ministry to missions, excellent Sunday school and Bible Studies, and many chances to get together to eat, laugh, and fellowship with others. Pastor Larry Smith is gregarious, involved with his congregation, and always welcoming. The choir is open for those with talent (there are some amazing cantatas that occur for Christmas and Easter). There is a 125 year old organ and a not-so-old piano that are used during worship. The church has celebrated its 125 years on the corner of Weeden St and Lonsdale Avenue. Parking is always available across the street, and some parking for handicapped behind the church as well.”
