“3/10/2020 A young lady in the drive thru around 12:15pm today who made my coffee was so polite and helpful! I gave her some confusing instructions on how to make this new style of coffee I decided to try and it came out a bit differently than I thought. (Med. Iced mocha, not too much mocha, xx, with coconut and almond pumps) She remade it for me even though it was technically what I asked for! She altered it just slightly with a little more mocha and it came out perfectly! Now that is the type of customer service that any company wants, an employee that strives for the best and goes above and beyond! ✨ I didn't catch your name today, but you'll know it's you when you get to see this.
