They are courteous and highly professional in helping with funeral, wake, mass and burial arrangements We were able to view online what may be offered in private and discuss among ourselves prior to making the final arrangements in person. To me a big plus. They followed up with the Church in getting the date and time requested. What made it all the more special was the pamphlet they provided to the guests/ mourners at the wake. The pamphlet captured Dad's life and incorporated his passions and family in a memento as well as a board of photos. What a special gift when you want all to go well in a trying time. This made it very special and Dad would have been pleased. They even reach out later with available resources and services for grief.”

“Came for dinner Saturday Jan 18 for my birthday. Food was great service from Matthew was awesome, the only down fall was the hostess was not very friendly. Walked in to be seated and no hello or a smile, hostess looked miserable. If your a hostess you need to welcome and greet customers, I don't know if she is family or entitled but she is making that place look bad upon entering.. “I cannot say enough nice things about David and the entire staff. We just lost my dad. He was young, very young. And healthy. Needless to say, it was surprising and we had NOTHING ready for such news. David and the rest of his staff understood this, were super helpful, lend their hands and walked us through this most difficult of times with patience, love and care. We are devastated about what happened, but thank God we came across such nice people to ease the pain and do an amazing job. Everything was beautiful and delicate. “This was not our first experience with Maceroni's and once again, we were not disappointed. No matter what kind of arrangements we requested, they were able to accommodate us with no problem. Most of my conversations were with Brad, and he could not have been more patient or helpful, plus he made himself available according to our needs. Whatever I neglected to think of, he remembered; there was not one base that was not covered. It was a very difficult time for our family, and their kindness and compassion made us feel very comfortable and secure. As much as we hope that we do not need the services of a funeral home again in the near future, if we did we would go back to Maceroni's.”
