“The Scituate Library is one of my favorite libraries. First of all, The library is part of the CLAN, or OSLRI (Ocean State Libraries) "connecting RI" network which means that you can request material from practically any library in the state and pick it up at the library of your choice. This service has been invaluable and so innovative. Even after the renovation, it's still not too large and the staff are wonderful. And if you love a small, quaint, New England town with a 'Green" and a historic white church, come on down and sit at the library and read or browse the internet while looking out on the beauty. It's at the heart of the Scituate Art Festival, so if you're in the area during Columbus Day Weekend in October, come and browse the boxes of $1.00 books they have for sale to help with fundraising.”

“What a delightful library and program! Staff are very nice. Lots of homework help here and community support. Free books to go. It was easy to park a giant wheelchair-lift van in the parking lot. Has a nice bicycle rack. Most students walk here from local schools. Would be about a mile and a half walk from RIPTA route 54.”
