(February 18, 2020, 9:37 pm)Enjoyed our time at Chester State Park. Great lake for fishing or paddling. There's tent camping sites. Tournament disc golf courses. Lots of picnic and playground areas with nice view of the lake. Even there are only a couple of nature trails, we managed to walk 5 miles there.

(October 16, 2019, 1:47 pm)Wow! Hidden gem of Chester. I did not expect such beauty. Great park! Awesome looking camp ground, great disc golf course, beautiful lake view with really nice accommodations. Best state park I've been to within 1 to 2 hrs of the rock hill area.
