(June 19, 2022, 9:57 pm)Have been going here for a week and love this place. Every workout is different and the trainer motivates and guides you in every step. I haven’t been working out during the pandemic and the first few classes were very exhaustive. Give your body enough time to adjust and go in slower.
(February 13, 2022, 10:20 am)Started as a founding member at another local ISI. Didn’t seem to find it motivating nor did I meet people and make friends to help with accountability. Was letting my paid in full year ride itself out. THEN…a trainer friend of mine started training at Indian Land ISI. He convinced me to give Indian Land ISI a try. Boy am I glad I did!!! The trainers are great and helpful. The people have been extremely friendly. I am an extreme introvert and it can be tough for me to meet people. Not here! Everyone is amazing. Let’s not forget about the staff! Super helpful as I had to navigate my membership from one location to another amongst other things. Cleanliness-YES! Great place to be a member and work out
(February 12, 2022, 8:25 am)I joined ISI Elite Training - Indian Land as a founding member almost two years ago and it was the best decision I've ever made! Not only is ISI Indian Land an incredible gym filled with awesome coaches and staff that support, encourage, motivate and push you to be stronger every day, it is an amazing community of members that really want the best for each other. In the last two years I have made some of my closest friends within these four walls. Going to the gym is something I look forward to everyday! It may not be $10/mo, but investing in your health and wellness is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. I promise, you will gain so much more than you can even imagine when you walk through those doors! ISI Indian Land will welcome you with open arms, so what are you waiting for!?
(February 9, 2022, 1:17 pm)Since day 1, I have felt like I belong here. The staff are so friendly and always greet you by name as you walk through the door. The coaches are amazing and make the workouts fun, yet at the same time push you to go harder. The people that work out with you become your best friends and the culture is very caring and inclusive. My health and physique have improved dramatically since joining 2 years ago.
(February 8, 2022, 6:05 pm)We have been training at ISI for a month now and are not looking back. The trainers are great, offer modifications, and are always motivating. I love that there are multiple times throughout the day to train as well as different levels of memberships. There’s also a In Body scan to help motivate you. My scale at home isn’t moving much, but the In Body scale shows the percent of body fat lost and muscle gained. That helps me want to continue when I would have felt some defeat had I not done it. The community is very welcoming and fun as well. Come join us!
