I have passed by Tyndall Furniture Store several times driving. I have never been in their store. I read their reviews online and picked out a few that I liked. I called and spoke with Ivy. I provide her with several of the bedroom sets that I was interested in. From my initial contact with her she was always very helpful. I had to wait about a month and a half for my set. It was worth the wait. I love my bedroom set. It looks better in person than online. Drew and Gordon both were on time delivering my set. They were professional and quick. They provided exactly the service we needed to accomplish our project. Other things that are important; communication - they were responsive, transparent, easy to work with, and friendly. Management of the Project - my home was kept clean (important since we were living in it), trades were well coordinated and held accountable, the project was completed ahead of schedule and with no surprises related to the budget. Quality – the quality of work and attention to detail was very good. It’s also worth mentioning, this is a local family run business, and they have a clean and well-organized show room to aid in the selection of materials.
