First because saw that my package was lost and she called me and told me that she was going to make sure I had updates on it -since it was a week late. She was extremely professional and so incredibly kind about it. Then she called me a second time to let me know that the package arrived to the post office and it was coming that day. Her name was Leanne I think. She was just straight up amazing!”
