After working with Corey Hinson & Associates for over 3 years with our car insurance and now our home owners insurance, I have always felt valued as their customer. They take TLC to the next level with their consistent focus on customer service being a primary core value. They are always just a phone call or email away and provide a ton of insight. Insurance is a safety net for life and my wife and I have always felt very safe with Corey Hinson & Associates. Their services are highly recommended. Thank you to all over in that office for your support and coaching through the insurance process.
(June 25, 2018, 10:39 am)No one likes to pay for insurance but since we have to it’s important that we find an agent who is responsive and backed by a company who provides good customer service. And this is true for Corey’s agency and Allstate. I’ve struggled over the years to understand the high cost of insurance but Corey’s staff, in particular CHARLI MONTGOMERY, have always been very willing to help me understand and maximize my policy. My daughter has unfortunately had one accident and one stolen car and the experience of working with Allstate repair center has been outstanding. I’ve been able to use my free pass for being accident free for so long and that was a valuable perk.
