We recently discovered we had collapsed drain pipes (cast iron) in our one bathroom house and couldn’t use our bathroom. We went weeks having all of these people out trying to figure out what was wrong and what cost would be. I am SO glad I called Woods Septic. Mr. Woods came by very quickly to look at the issue and give me a incredibly fair estimate. He didn’t try to overcharge me and was very good about explaining everything. He was able to come out two days later and fix everything for us. Everyone is so pleasant and I will forever use them for my septic tank. “I recently moved and when my air conditioning stopped working just when I was expecting a houseful of company, I immediately contacted Brothers Heating & Cooling. I had received excellent service from them for the past 5 years and had enjoyed having their service plan. Daniel called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was thorough, answered all of our questions, and got our system up and running. Thanks again, Daniel for a great job. I was extremely pleased with the service I received both from Brother's Heating Cooling Plumbing, as well as my service technician Winston. When I phoned to schedule an appointment, my call was answered promptly by an actual person, as opposed to one of those computerized answering systems. I was able to quickly get an appointment that was convenient for me. Winston called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing in a clear and "consumer friendly" manner, without being overly technical nor condescending. When he entered my home, Winston covered his shoes so as to not track dirt and debris into my home, which I appreciated. Additionally, Winston was courteous, responsive, personable, and thorough. I had used another company in the past to do my twice a year heating and air conditioning "check-ups" but their overall customer service was mediocre at best. This was the second time I have had Brothers at my home. Winston made me feel like a valued customer.”

“Neely Brothers plumbing is awesome! We have used them 3 times. The first time we called them for a second opinion on our water heaters. Prior plumber said we needed new elements and thermostats. When Mr. Neely came out he found an electrical issue and that the hot water heater was fine. He repaired a valve in the shower. Most recently we filed a home warranty claim on the well pump. The warranty company sent out a different company. We asked for a second opinion from Neely Brothers. Neely brothers saved us over $1500.00. For reliable, honest and integrity call Neely Brothers!”

“Their tech was very cordial and stuck to his original quoted rate although I think he spent much longer on our clog than he anticipated. He ended up having to try all three of the vents for access, including under the house which eventually allowed him to get to the clog. The whole process took awhile, but by no fault of the tech's. And I wasn't rushed so I appreciated the thoroughness. Also, these guys were able to get out at least 1/2 day faster than anyone else, which was very important with our clog and back-up causing the whole house to basically shut down any water use. I would recommend to anyone.”
