“Hey so I just want to say if you are moving from out of town this is the perfect place to come to. I have been in my apartment for a week and a half and I started this process about 2 months ago with Shalita. When I applied Shalita was very diligent with my paper work and with assuring me I would be just fine upon move in. It’s difficult when places want you to do a tour first and you are out of state. Shalita assured me that after I was approved I can move right in. That is such a relief after a 12 hour drive to know that you will have a designated home to rest your head. I absolutely love my apartment. I have never had a patio and this is so peaceful. I love the community because it is big but very quiet in my opinion. I never hear any noise at night and my peace is everything to me. I am so thankful for Shalita helping me because coming from another state can evoke many emotions if you do not know the area but after 11 days I know where everything is that I need. Come to Gable Oaks you will not be sorry. It’s very spacious for the price and it’s very safe in my opinion and absolutely beautiful views 🤍”

“We run an agency, and our printer is a very important part of our business. We lease our Xerox machine through Docugraphics for the sole purpose of the service that John and Arnold give us. We've done business with Docugraphics for a number of years now and didn't have any trouble with our Xerox machine. Recently, we had trouble with it where it wouldn't print, and I'm blessed to be able to call Arnold to come and help us with it. He came out the next day and spent 6 hours at our office trying to fix it. He also took the time to help me on the phone the next day. Since our problem with the machine persisted, John and Arnold came back again and helped me with a new machine to limit our down time, and to get us back to our normal workday. they were both very professional and helpful, and I value the relationship that we have built with them over the years. Great experience.”

This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. The stay was more than what I expected. I just came from an 8 day stay at a very high class and expensive hotel and I needed a place to quickly book for rest while traveling home. Comfort Inn was cheap and comfortable and the staff was very nice. The view of the theme park was a plus for me. I will stay there again.”
