“Just got stopped by the cops for my right front headlight being out. Cop was nice got warning... Long story short, I went to auto zone. Seen 2 females, I asked any men working I need a bulb replaced asap... ,still 14 miles from home. A female named Dee stated( we can do it better than a man) Well she not only replaced it but did it quick!!! Very impressive???? Dee was so customer focus after helping me there was a guy whom vehicle wouldn't start she immediately begin to inquire if he needed any help. Thank you Dee you made my evening. Auto Zone should be very proud of you!”

“OMG!!! I was not a customer not did I receive services myself, but my coworker did. Our job is across the street from Freeland and my coworker came outside to discover that her rear driver side tire was flat. Several of us were still at work and we all looked for a good lug wrench to help get the tire off. No one had one, so a colleague used the one that came with the car. It WAS NOT working. We all looked across the street and then someone said aloud, "it would be awesome if we could get them to help.". The car's owner and another coworker went over and were gone for awhile. They returned, and shortly after, Chris pulled up. He works in the service department at Freeland. He had brought better tools and was able to remove the flat and replace it with the donut. It was beyond SUPER DUPER awesome to know that Freeland employs such a helpful, willing person. Hats off to Chris and Freeland! Please, Mr. Freeland...give Chris a raise or a cake or a bonus. He was TRULY a God send.”

“Debbie, Jeff and their son were God sent for my family of 4 as we were stranded on the side of the road late at night, hours from our home. They worked with our insurance company Geico and quickly picked us up, baby car seat and all. Transported us to a nearby hotel until they were able to replace our rare BMW tire the next morning. They are so family oriented and genuinely kind. They were even so kind to stop and let us purchase a couple of pizzas before we were dropped off at the hotel. Our car is running beautifully and we are on our way back home as I type this review. We highly recommend this highly experienced and kind company to anyone. Companies like this are a very rare find these days. A true gem!”
