“Club house to Springfield neighborhood. Also the office of community's Activity Director. The club house backs to the swimming pool includes amenities like gym, rest rooms, kids activity center, yoga room, tiny library with reading room, lobby and a tiny kitchen. It also has a pavilion to one side of the building. Community can rent the pavilion for various events. Community get together and dodas are also held in the pavilion. Access to amenities and rest rooms is controlled via key fobs. The club house is inaccessible between 11 PM & 5 AM.”

“There is a ton of things to do at this place. They have concerts during the summer. There is a lake where you can fish or hike or rent a kayak. They are not expensive. I think it is $5 for an hour. The area is also a great place to go camping in the woods. There is a dog park, but that is extra money. As advertised, it also makes a pretty nice wedding venue.”

“A must see group of various gardens and beautiful tributes to honor loved ones of all ages. People come from all over the world to see this gem of nature that we are blessed to have in our own backyard. My forever 18 daughter has a swing in the shade garden. “It's a very tiny park at the end of a peninsula. It's a beautiful view and pretty clean. There's a tall slide, 2 swings, a climbing wall fort, and a small beach. There's a restroom and a few grills available. Ok place to bring kids but there's a lot of steep drop offs that you have to be aware of!”

“Our house sold faster than we ever thought it would. Crown Cove provided us a home away from home! Kind staff members, pet lovers and owners take pride in keeping things updated. My husband and I were very fortunate to find this RV Park. It had charm and was minutes to malls, restaurants and the great city of Charlotte. We have since moved on but enjoyed staying a full year. When baseball is in season along with soccer, you might as well take a taxi to get there. There is no, and I mean no place to park. Very small parking lot for a facility of this size. But, I'm there to watch the kids play ball and the field is in very good shape.”
