“Hey so I just want to say if you are moving from out of town this is the perfect place to come to. I have been in my apartment for a week and a half and I started this process about 2 months ago with Shalita. When I applied Shalita was very diligent with my paper work and with assuring me I would be just fine upon move in. It’s difficult when places want you to do a tour first and you are out of state. Shalita assured me that after I was approved I can move right in. That is such a relief after a 12 hour drive to know that you will have a designated home to rest your head. I absolutely love my apartment. I have never had a patio and this is so peaceful. I love the community because it is big but very quiet in my opinion. I never hear any noise at night and my peace is everything to me. I am so thankful for Shalita helping me because coming from another state can evoke many emotions if you do not know the area but after 11 days I know where everything is that I need. Come to Gable Oaks you will not be sorry. It’s very spacious for the price and it’s very safe in my opinion and absolutely beautiful views 🤍”

“I've lived in the community for a little over 2 years now with my parents and our dog and its been wonderful honestly. Everyone has been very helpful and kind since moving in, staff and tenants included! Brittney and Rachel in the leasing office have been great with answering any questions I've had and welcoming us in! The gym/pool/patio area has become my favorite place to hangout! The gym is always clean and organized no matter what time of day I choose to go (plus I loved seeing the new equipment in the yoga room!). Maintenance has also been on top of everything Ive needed since moving in. Along with keeping up with normal yearly maintenance, we know if there's ever a problem we can call Tom and he will be there asap to help us! I had this wonky blender that would blow out fuses every time I used it, and every time I would call Tom to repair it he would be there immediately! It's so nice to know that the community really cares about its tenants! Avalon has been really great, there's a nice mixture of ages from young kids to older adults and everyone in between! It was also very important for us to live in a pet friendly environment with our dog, and Avalon is that! The dog play areas, the dog "spa", the doggie bag stations all over the property really are nice to see and have come in very handy!”
