They have assured me every time I go that they did have appts available when the App said they didn't. “My sister is new to Vantage Pointe Village, but her first 30 days have been wonderful. The staff has made every effort to accommodate her needs and make her feel welcome. She requires a great deal of assistance, and the PA's response times have been very good. Her room is clean and neat, as is the rest of the facility. She enjoys the food and the activities, especially her weekly shopping trips. Meds are being dispensed on schedule. She has made friends with other residents, and loves taking her power chair outside for some fresh air. We are very pleased we chose Vantage Pointe Village.”
