“Granted we do not have an account with this Bank. Yet that is! We've had to go in and have things notarized and I forget, but a couple of other small pieces of business in the past. And the people there have been a joy to deal with! They seem like they truly care about customer service. As soon as our business slows down a little bit and we have the time which will be in the next 60 days hopefully much quicker than that. We are going to close out our 25-30 year old Bank of America accounts and move them all over here! Customer service is such a rare thing these days that when you find it it's almost like hitting the jackpot or finding hitting cash of gold or something!
