As soon as you walk in the door the vibes are fantastic! I did ALL of my communication & appointment booking with Autumn on her social media (Which showcases sooo much of her amazing work!) This is hands down the best med spa that I have found in the Clarksville / Nashville area, (I researched and spoke to 3 others before I decided to come here.) Autumn did my filler and was not only professional and knowledgable, but fun and personable! My results are INSANE, impressed is an understatement. I have already decided to go back and see her in 2 weeks for a touch up & will continue maintenance & begin preventative botox with her. She is truly an artist and so passionate about her work. Also, Terra has some of the best deals, competitive pricing, and packages that some med spas lack in.

If you are unfamiliar with the location, like me, just be sure to find the elevator by the neighboring liquor store to get to the correct level. Finding their entrance was my only struggle.

I went to Autumn for my first Botox and Lip Filler injections and to say I’m obsessed is an understatement! She is so sweet and helped calm my nerves before we began. The procedure was quick and very minimal discomfort. I would recommend the med spa and autumn any day of the week!

I’m so glad I found this gem right here in Pleasant View! Melanie has been so helpful. She listens to my concerns and makes suggestions on how to address each one. I was so nervous but she made me feel comfortable and the results are amazing! The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. I highly recommend!

I just had my first facial with Tara and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was great. I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I am usually a big ball of stress and she was able to put me at ease. Would definitely recommend.
