He answered all my questions in the helpful manner of a consultant or guide; there were no pushy sales tactics. He was professional, personable, and clearly quite experienced. “Star Physical Therapy is awesome. The hour I spent there 3 days per week was just like being with family. Every STAR employee knew me by name and conversed with me as if they were my friend. Nikki was so sweet and was easily able to schedule my appointments. Dan did an excellent job of getting me back on my feet after knee replacement surgery. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. My doctor was surprised at how well I was doing so early after surgery. I can say that PT was actually fun. Erik (another Physical Therapist at this location) is hilarious and kept us all laughing while we were working out. It kept our minds off any pain we might have experienced. I truly recommend this location.”

“I cannot express enough the professionalism and standard of care Alleviant has provided to my family member. I wanted to be sure everyone understands that the providers have gone above expectations in order to help us with treatments. Mental health is a tough practice to maintain when you have people bashing you for services rendered and then expect a free ride because they could not keep their family members in check and on point with their care. I have read a couple of the ridiculous reviews posted regarding Alleviant and please understand there are people out to get their own by harassing and bashing providers. We don’t have enough mental health providers in the nation let alone in middle TN. Crystal, the owner, goes out of her way to ensure our family is first on their priority list and she and her staff will do the same for you and your loved ones. I HIGHLY recommend the practice at Alleviant if you or a loved one needs mental health care. You will not be disappointed but please understand you have to pay for the services provided.
