“They care about their customers I called looking to trade a Gen 5 Glock 19 for a subcompact model (either a 26 or a 33). The Glock 19 is more popular than both and has higher price tag as well. They could've benefited through this trade. I was trading due to political concerns that I am not financially ready for. Instead of ceasing an opportunity to get an easier to sell firearm plus roughly $200, the owner broke down why i shouldn't worry about it and keep this model that is widely known to be better (and holds sentimental value to me as it was a 30th bday gift from my wife). After she asked if we could go back and visit again soon! Well worth the cost...every penny spent. We did one adult and one child. She is very detailed and will not allow a nit or louse to be missed!
