FedEx Freight was one of their approved vendors, so I showed up, w’the fridge panel it’s original box, up hoping for direction on how to ship it. Scott S was amazingly helpful. He grabbed a forklift, weighted the item, helped me wrap the item onto a pallet, and helped complete the bill of lading. I was so out-of-my-element, but he made the whole process a piece of cake.
