I always get the best help from the lovely employees that work at this location. Today they helped me find the perfect outfit for my family photos. I always have fun while shopping here!

wow! That is the first thing I can think of when describing my experience at this store. first, I had already been a few other places and couldn’t find anything I really liked. Plus the places that I was going only had a short selection of things were even in my size. I felt very upset, insecure, and stressed out because I needed close for my senior portraits that Are on Monday. my sister told me about Maurices and has she been there once before and really felt like they would be good. The moment that I walked in the lady greeted me and my mom and asked if we needed any help with anything when we said no because we weren’t really sure yet she’s simply said OK and went on with what she was doing in the store. Then we continue to look around and realized we didn’t need help so she came to us and asked what we were shopping for because he seemed like we were shopping for something specific. We told her and she started to explain what some of the fabrics and materials were like and show me a few things she thought I might want to try. She gave us time to walk around and look and then a younger girl who I believes name was Bethany came over to us to ask if I wanted to start a room with the clothes I had in my hand. She asked my name put it on the door and I had a dressing room. She’s really cheery and really sweet. She even picked out a few outfits for me that I might like and put them in my room just in case. Once I started trying on clothes I was nervous... I didn’t want to feel like I wouldn’t be cute enough or skinny enough for the clothes. I didn’t want to feel like when I was getting wasn’t gonna make me feel happy. Everything I tried on she either complimented me on it or help me to find the size that would fit me best. Sometimes even things in smaller sizes (which made me feel good lol) all the people working were very sweet and helpful and the whole time made me feel like I was The most awesome person in the in the place. I realize she was making everyone feel that way. As soon realize it was more than just a job to these people it was something they actually cared about. I realize they cared about what I liked and what made me happy and everyone else around them. They didn’t make me see my weight, my looks, my age. They they help me find things I would like regardless if it’s what they would’ve picked for me. They were first class, very helpful, and a breath of fresh air. I left that place with a smile on my face and a sense of happiness and confidence within myself. I left that place eager to try on those clothes again even if it was just to wear around the house. That’s what a good place does to you, that’s what good clothes and good people can do to you. Make you feel ready to conquer the world in what your in. (i know that was a little dramatic haha) but I would definitely recommend them! And I WILL definitely be back soon. Very pleased and thankful for their business!
