The room was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable and modern. The bathroom was very clean as well. Nice place to stop, it was a bit pricey at $149+ taxes for the night but if clean is highly valued, you'll be happy to pay that.”

“All of you complaining about them being short staffed. Not sure if you're paying attention, but TONS of company's are SHORT STAFFED. People are not applying for jobs. The few people that do apply, more often THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK, but they want to be paid. There is a product and service shortage across the USA. I don't work for WF and I know it's not fun when you have to wait forever, but this is our reality everywhere right now. Fast food, restaurants, banks, grocery stores. “I cannot adequately express my gratitude to the folks at The Lodge at Natchez Trace. I was, like most, concerned when Mom and Dad moved into assisted living. But I need not have been. After a little time to acclimate I heard my Mom say, for the first time in a long time, "I'm happy." The Lodge is a clean, beautiful and friendly place. But the best thing about it is the people. Everyone I've met on the staff has been kind and caring as well as sincere and professional. From the Maintenance Guys (Bo and Kevin) to the Executive Director (Steve) and everyone in between the Lodge is full of genuinely good folks. And that includes, of course, the residents. Mom and Dad found an extended family at the Lodge. They quickly made several good friends and became part of a community that really cares for them. In short, Mom and Dad found a Home at The Lodge. And a concerned child couldn't ask for more than that.”

Sadly , my father in law fell and recently passed away but they were our top choice. She took many hours showing us the different layouts and called regularly to check on my father in law. “Today I went in for my semi-annual cleaning and exam and it was absolutely an amazing experience!! Each staff member was friendly from the front desk all the way to the ladies in the back. My hygienist Megan was very pleasant and took her time during my cleaning which I appreciate, knowing that I was her last client of the day. Dr. Maddox came and did my exam and she was sooo sweet! She took her time to explain the one concern she had, and did not book me for unnecessary work, but instead gave me prevention measures to follow. I had a great experience and look forward to my next appointment at the end of the year!”
