“Quality of work is good. My only issue is the length of time it takes for cleaning and the hours of operation. Most places I have used in the past are 1 day max for 9 pieces that I usually drop off, lapels is a minimum of 2-3. This wouldn’t be an issue if the hours of operation were a bit longer. I work 7-5:30 every day in Franklin so by the time I get home they are closed and I cant pick up in the morning because they don’t open until 7 by which time I am already in the office. On their website as well they have “same day service” on one of the main pages but I have yet to even be offered same day service. The quality of good juts little inconveniences for me.”
