“So I went during the worse part of the year, a week before Christmas, looking for a gift for my daughter. I dreaded the long lines and long wait on a sales associate. Needless to say, I was greeted at the door by a friendly associate who helped me find everything I needed. I predicted a 2 hour shopping ordeal but turned out to be a 10 minute pleasure visit. The only wait was to checkout and that was about 3 minutes. First time here but I will be back for birthdays!!”

“Stopped in to get my Mom a birthday present on my lunch break. Mall traffic was horrendous but was able to get in and out of the store promptly. Was offered immediate assistance when I was browsing, they retrieved a non-display purse from the back, and had it at the register in no time. Sales associate and cashier were very friendly. I was able to get a 398 dollar purse and 200 dollar wallet for around 200 dollars. Good deal. My mom loved her gift!”

“I have always been plus size, and yet always intimidating by going into this store. It felt like where older plus size women would find things, but at my age, my tastes weren't being met. However I finally was frustrated with fastening extenders on skinny girl bras and squeezing into them. So I went in..I honestly loved it. The lady's working were helpful and kind and really wanted to help you find your size. The bras are worth every penny. The pants fit like a glove and I found a bathing suit that looks so cute and fits so good! I do wished their shirts and dresses were trendier. But I will return!”

“I purchased two dresses, some jewelry, and shoes at your boutique in the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, TN yesterday. Amy was working at the front and greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked my name. She made me feel like the only customer in the building and asked if there was anything she could help me find. She was clearly training someone new (I heard her giving tips while I was in the dressing room) and it was fairly busy, but she never missed a beat. I expressed t hat I needed some assistance with finding a dress-to-impress (I'm attending a friend's wedding where my ex husband, his new wife and new born baby will be attending as well) and she took the time to find the style and size that fit my body and taste the best. She was so patient with me and so helpful and bubbly. I have never received service like this and I was so grateful for Amy! I know most feedback is negative, but I love to share the good stuff when I have the opportunity so I just wanted to pass it along. THANK YOU AMY!!!!”
