(September 12, 2020, 5:12 pm)Lacey & Taija are truly assets to your company..My phone plan was upgraded to a plan i didn't authorize & they worked with myself, customer service & their supervisor to resolve the issue..if Sprint continue to have representatives like these 2 young ladies I will be a customer for life..i have 2 more phones that are up for renewal & it goes without saying who i will go see!
(August 26, 2020, 7:00 pm)This review goes out to Shauna (Sorry, if I misspelled). Walked in on a Sunday morning with my husband. She was all by herself and pretty swamped- yet handled everyone quickly and efficiently. We needed for her to create a family plan for us- which she did. A few days later I called T-mobile customer service as I didn’t get the Netflix link. Not sure what that care representative tech did over the phone- but suddenly my data didn’t work at all anymore. Went in to see Shauna, she tried rectifying the issue herself yet couldn’t figure out why my data wasn’t working. She took the time to call T-mobile tech support so to fully rectify it. She was on the phone with the tech for quite some time- but now everything is working properly again! Really appreciate her trying to fully take care of your needs and resolve any issues you may have. And with a pleasant attitude as well! Wonderful experience!

(February 4, 2020, 3:11 pm)Ok, so I have an Apple iphone 8 and often times, when Apple sends a new OS to the phone, it takes out all of my settings and therefore I have no idea how to get them back the way they were. So, a trip to this store and a chat with Derek and he was able to fix the problem in no time. Very helpful people here and will always use their services !
