“Office process highly streamlined. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Reasonable cash pricing. Easy web interface for patient data and forms, remembers for future visits. Only complaint was the radiology report was lacking info and had to pay for second opinion/read. I think they outsource this. But the staff told me they’d work with me on pricing for any follow up. The MRI images were clear.”

“Dr. Caroline Howell is my physician and she is the most professional, understanding, kind and patient doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. She always listens to exactly what I’m feeling and experiencing and helps come up with a game plan to help. I am so happy I discovered this clinic close to my house because I actually feel taken care of, respected, and listened to which can feel like it comes few and far between in the medical community in my past experience. Additionally, Lisbeth is always incredibly welcoming and sweet when I call to schedule appointments or check in. She’s very professional and kind! Christa also has a super friendly and kind demeanor and I’ve loved interacting with her when I’ve been there. I felt compelled to write this after an appointment I had today didn’t go exactly how I wanted. I voiced my concerns to Caroline and she listened to me and understood and we came up with a game plan.
