“Long story short: invest in Chelsea, invest in yourself. As a full-time personal trainer, my body is part of my work. I had an old rotator cuff injury (hello cliff diving) that left my shoulder joints feeling unstable, wondering what movement might make it pop out while demoing in class or climbing with friends. Plus, air travel always left my knees feeling iffy and running after my 50k felt like it would never happen again. I felt like what I knew about my body wasn't enough.
