“DBT therapy is awesome. I've learned skills that work, not just CBT. The therapists are all awesome. There's always a therapist available when you need one. Coaching is invaluable. I've never had a therapist that did coaching. It's well worth the self pay aspect. I'm on Social security disability and I'm able to see someone twice a month, and once a week if I need it. My therapist is absolutely gifted. She is the best therapist I've had in 30years. I cant say enough about how helpful they have been. If you are considering seeing someone there do it. You wont be disappointed.”
