CVS

I had no idea CVS could have such an impact on my daily mood. When I went in I was approached and greeted by an associate named Akira. She works in their new clinic layout. She explained all of the new services and upcoming events to me. She also got me acclimated to the new lay out. She’s great! It’s hard to maintain tact and rapport with so many people all the time I can imagine, however she does it effortlessly! She was very professional and resourceful. I also loved seeing her truly help out the team throughout the store. I will come here now instead of Walgreens especially because CVS had a better point system now.

For starters, I came into this location following an appointment I made for covid testing. I saw the new hub and from my scheduling online, I assumed my appointment was with the minute clinic. The care concierge Akira gave me a warm welcome and politely informed me that no testing was done through the hub/ clinic. She throughly explained what the registration process for covid testing was to me. I made an appointment with the pharmacy in store, while talking with her to assure I was getting in properly for a test. Akira explained that she would handle my minute clinic appointment cancellation with the practitioner for me. She was absolutely fabulous! She is eloquent, stylish, and representing the company well! Lisa administered my test and she was great also! She was very comforting , informative , and transparent.

Issues are as follows,
The staff outside of Lisa and Akira aren’t really pleasant. Also I’m confused about why this location is so sparse when it comes to employees. I saw the care concierge for service in the hub, the pharmacy, and front of store !

This CVS is always clean & has a friendly staff, especially in the pharmacy department. I will continue to have all of my prescriptions filled here. ?
