  Easiest moving experience ever! I was able to do everything online and they were SO friendly when I called in to ask questions. The price was also the best in the area, very grateful to have found them!

  I have a job that requires shipments to my storage unit and I am so happy to be at a facility now that happily receives shipments and will notify me upon delivery. When I was at Public Storsge prior, they only partially honored the shipments but had rejected one which impacted my business greatly. My unit also got broken into one year, one of over 100 break-ins within a year.
  
  When I transferred over to Route 66, I was welcomed by Martin who showed incredible customer service and was very friendly, he assured me that my shipments would be taken care of and stored safely. He gave instructions clearly and made my transfer to Route 66 easy. Since I visit my storage unit often, I'm glad I can look forward to a friendly welcome from Martin.
  
  I feel A LOT safer storing my work items at Route 66 since they have a top-notch security protocol. Coupled with the friendly and competent service, this place is fantastic.

  We've had items in storage here for a couple of years. It's been a good experience.
  
  Very clean, orderly and well managed. Appears to be well secured. There a large sliding heavy duty gate securing the entry/exit perimeter.
  
  A note to those who don't know (we just found out last month), the "exit" keypad is next to the building. This is a stand alone keypad that allows you to enter your security code from inside the gate. The way we had been making our exit was to walk out of the pedestrian gate and enter our code on the entrance keypad.
  
  Hopefully that makes sense, and essentially, it allows you make a seemless exit without having to exit your vehicle.
  
  Overall a good and safe place to handle your storage needs.

  I had a great experience storing here! My storage unit was clean as well as the facility, and was a very reasonable price. I really loved how secure and safe the entire facility was, with an individual code for the gate for each unit, and if the unit is opened without the corresponding gate code an alarm sounds. I felt comfortable storing my stuff here, and the employees were always very kind. Will definitely store with them again!

  Fabulous customer service! Martin and Vanessa were both very helpful throughout the rental process. Martin was very thorough when answering my questions. The facility is very clean and I have no doubt my personal belongings will be safe while being stored there. I shopped several facilities and their prices are in line with what they offer. If you are looking for storage I highly recommend storing with Route 66 Self Storage.
