We went to Knolls Medical place for our USCIS medical I693 form and they were very quick to provide appointment on the same day. Dr Cai understand the USCIS medical I693 process and explains clearly what is needed and completed the whole process within 3 days. Reasonable Price in comparison to other places. Definitely Recommend Knolls Place Medical clinic.
It's been more than seven years since I went to this clinic for my annual health check-up and primary care provider, and Dr. Cai always helps me make the best choice on the patient's side. Whenever I needed medical help, Dr. Cai and his staff always responded to me quickly by call or email to get medical advice in a timely manner. Strongly recommend this clinic.
My father started going to this clinic since he moved to Tennessee with us a year and a half ago. Dr. Cai was very thorough and soft spoken and caring to his patients. Both the nurse and Dr. Cai really took their time to explain things and they show great compassion and sense of urgency when patients are suffering unlike many other places we've been to including Nashville's top hospital Saint Thomas Hospital. Unfortunately my father died from the ER doctors' negligence at Saint Thomas after Dr. Cai sent him to get treatment and thorough evaluation for his heart failure. When I went back to Dr. Cai's clinic for an annual check-up and told him about my father's passing Dr. Cai and his wife nurse Zhang showed great compassion and support for me. During their very busy day they took their time to consul me and offered to act as medical witness for my father's case free of charge if I chose to file a formal legal complaint. I lost all my fighting power after the most horrific 17 days in the ICU and hospice with my father but I am forever grateful for their tender caring for their patients and professionalism during the most difficult time in my life. Dr. Cai and his wife are the most trustworthy medical professionals you can rely on and they truly care about their patients. Unlike many clinics I have been to these two people are not in the business for the money. In fact they've turned down the opportunities to grow their business to stay more focus on their patients care. It's a rare quality that is hard to find in any business these days.
