Someone was able to come out on a holiday (July 4) to assess the situation. By 11am the next morning our unit was completely replaced, up and running. The crew was professional and did a great job. “While trying to sell our home, the buyer gave us a list of items to be fixed as part of the contract. Most of them were plumbing and hvac related. I called Caputo that morning to see if they could take care of all of them and by the end of the day all of our issues had been fixed perfectly. Brian worked quickly and Chaz even made a separate trip to my home to deliver a part for my water heater. Initially, I didn't care about the cost. I just needed it done to sell my home. To my surprise the bill was very reasonable. About half of what I would have expected for such quick service. In the future Caputo will absolutely be my first call for plumbing or hvac service.
