  I tried listing my house only on Zillow and didn't get a single call in about a week. I used Don Martin's MLS-Only listing service to get my house on the MLS and immediately began receiving calls and requests for showing. Received an offer within a week after getting it on the MLS. If you're selling FSBO, I highly recommend Don's services. As long as you can follow directions and aren't afraid to communicate directly with a buyer's agent, it is an easy way to save yourself thousands you would otherwise pay an agent.   I needed to sell my house but did not need to hire an agent since I am a former full-time RE/MAX agent myself. I am someone who knows the real estate business and could have chosen anyone to list my FSBO. Don at Martin Properties is unquestionably the best choice for this. Fair, honest and on the ball.

  We sold FSBO and saved a ton using Don’s service. No problem working with buyer realtors if your willing to do showings & schedule yourself. Don was prompt with any questions or changes to our listing. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend Don Martin if you want to sell your house yourself in TN. This was my first home and the first home I ever sold. After reading many articles about FSBO, I decided to give it a shot. I was skeptical of using someone over in Nashville who I had never met and his website seemed a little bit elementary but it had the information that I needed to know. I lined up all of my questions for Don and he answered EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM over the phone. He works with a lot of people and a couple times it felt like he forgot about me but every single time that I called him, he picked up and got right on it. Despite this, I'm giving him 5 stars because he helped to make sure my process was smooth and that I had all of the information I needed (forms, flyers, etc.). I would like to help him remind people that he only provides the service of getting your listing on the MLS and with providing to you the necessary contracts/forms/etc. If you have a question about his services, just call and talk to him. He is very friendly. If I ever sell a house in TN again, I will certainly use Don.

  I have used Martin Properties in the past to sell my home and was very satisfied, so when it came time to sell my home again, the first thing I thought of was Don Martin and Martin Properties. Don makes it easy and he is very knowledgeable. He saved us thousands of dollars and we sold our home in less than a week and got top price. We couldn't be more happy. I suggest Martin Properties to anyone needing to sell their home and wanting to save an extra 3% in realtor fees!
