“Our teenage driver backed into a mailbox with our 2004 minivan on Saturday night resulting in damage sufficient to shatter the rear window. After finding great reviews for Hoffman’s online, I took the van on Monday for an estimate, thinking I would have to leave it. I did end up leaving it, but for the actual repair. Mohamed gave me an estimate in about 10-15 minutes, found and purchased a replacement lift gate, and completely finished the repair by Friday! It was a fast turnaround, but the work completed was high quality. No shortcuts. And not only did they vacuum out all the broken glass, they vacuumed and cleaned the whole interior! My steering wheel and console haven’t been this clean in a while. Mohamed was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!
