He got there at the exact time he said he would arrive. I’m not from here so I was a little worried but he got the job done and went the extra mile with a smile. He even gave me some pointers and safety tips while driving over the road and while he was there we realized my air lines were broken and he assisted me with that because I didn’t have the tools. Confidently, the owner looked at my car and said he can restore it. It looks better now than it did prior to the tree hitting it! It's a 2013 Murano SUV convertible that they for only two years. My classic car is now even more classic after James Auto professionally restored my special car. Learned they do all sorts of Auto work, including oil change. For now on my cars go to James Auto first!!”

She spent 3 days fighting with the first adjuster on my warranty claim to make sure I was getting the right part and coverage.
