During the estimate, Chris identified that the car had been worked on before and recommended contacting our insurance agent to see if they would cover a re-repair. Ended up the answer was yes, so Chris saved us quite a bit of money. As others have noted, they have a bit of a wait for getting the work done, but it's worth it. “A relative was driving me in my car to the bank. The car would not shift out of first gear. My regular shop recommended Fairview Transmission. My car was towed to Fairview. The owner drove the car and said he couldn't find a problem. We finally realized that my friend had shifted into the manual gear so it would not shift. I was astounded that he said there was no problem so no charge. As a senior, I'm at the mercy of mechanics. I'm ever grateful that the Fairview Transmission guys were honest and caring. I recommend them highly and thank them for their excellent service.”

My wife and I were in town from Ohio helping our son and daughter in law move into a new apartment when my truck developed issues. I called them and they graciously got us in right away and fixed the universal joint. They also discovered the front wheel bearings were close to falling apart. We were so thankful they discovered this issue before our long trip back to Ohio. They fixed everything quickly and gave us a loaner vehicle while my truck was being serviced. April and her staff made sure that the visit was very accommodating..The food tastes great even after being warmed up because I got there after midnight but learned they are always cooking behind the scenes and put the food straight on the shelves for their consumers..Only people who travel long distances will appreciate a good meal and shower after a long drive..I love it and I will be going back many times as long as I am going 65 north towards Nashville..The TA store located off exit 61 to all the ones who went and had good things to say but forgot the exit number..Great job to their staff!!!👏👏👏”
