  I had to jump on here and share a review because I was so blown away by their service. My insurance wanted them to cut corners so they wouldn’t have to cover as much. But this place told them they’re either gonna do it right or they won’t do it at all. My car came back better than I had it before and they cleaned the inside. It was a lovely and stress free experience. Thank you guys!!

  Tailgate on our Honda Pilot randomly cracked. During the estimate, Chris identified that the car had been worked on before and recommended contacting our insurance agent to see if they would cover a re-repair. Ended up the answer was yes, so Chris saved us quite a bit of money. As others have noted, they have a bit of a wait for getting the work done, but it's worth it. They did a great job, were really nice folks to work with, and were open and honest about everything they were doing. Highly recommend this spot for getting any kind of body work done!

  Delightful experience with this local collision repair company. They are excellent at the craft of making repairs that looks like nothing ever happened! They coordinated everything needed for our insurance adjuster to approve all repairs in a timely fashion. When additional needs were identified during the repair process, Nolensville Collision took the initiative to communicate with the insurance company to seek coverage of unseen issues after the original bid was approved. The pearl paint finish can be difficult to match, but they did a fabulous job of matching. While I hope I will not need their services again, I know where to go if ever I do!

  I am new to middle Tennessee so when my car needed repairs I was skeptical about taking it somewhere new and now, I will never take it anywhere else!! The whole team was top-notch, professional, & very personalized in their customer service. Lindsey at the front desk is very kind and kept me updated periodically on repairs. I am sending everyone I know here!! Even if you are closer to Nashville, it’s worth the drive because they make everything SO easy!!

  These folks repaired my Ford Edge after an accident and I couldn't be more pleased. They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. The estimate was quick, the repairs were timely and the work was excellent. I highly recommend them.
