Juicy, good-quality beef, plenty of cheese (as I got cheeseburger) fresh toppings, excellent bun. I've eaten a lot of In N Out burgers. During the estimate, Chris identified that the car had been worked on before and recommended contacting our insurance agent to see if they would cover a re-repair. Ended up the answer was yes, so Chris saved us quite a bit of money. As others have noted, they have a bit of a wait for getting the work done, but it's worth it.
