During the estimate, Chris identified that the car had been worked on before and recommended contacting our insurance agent to see if they would cover a re-repair. Ended up the answer was yes, so Chris saved us quite a bit of money. As others have noted, they have a bit of a wait for getting the work done, but it's worth it. They did a great job, were really nice folks to work with, and were open and honest about everything they were doing. Highly recommend this spot for getting any kind of body work done!”

I had two retro chairs left to me by my grandmother that meant the world to me. These chairs are midcentury modern and it took a real team of experts to bring them back to life. They created a modern classic that is a piece of art. I have never seen such exquisite attention to detail. They rebuilt the chairs from the skeleton frame to something beautiful and new. They matched the patterns of the chairs in perfect symmetry (not an easy task considering the structure of the chairs). Keith, Michelle, and Gary were not only highly talented professionals and masters of their craft but also the kindest human beings I could ever hope to do business with. “When the back wheel fell off my vehicle at night an hour and a half from home I got it towed to Patterson’s without any warning. When I called the next business day they were more than happy to fit it into their schedule and allowed me the option of finding and buying my own parts to save a little extra money. Even with several delays on my end they let me keep my vehicle at their shop for no extra charge. When I let them know I would be going out of town for an extended period they made sure to quickly finish up my repairs before I left. Unfortunately some additional damage was found during my initial repairs but they alerted me and directed me towards the next part I would need whenever I was ready to bring it back in to finish up. Overall I am very happy with the kindness they showed me and will trust them with my vehicle in the future!”
