(February 4, 2021, 5:30 pm)When the back wheel fell off my vehicle at night an hour and a half from home I got it towed to Patterson’s without any warning. When I called the next business day they were more than happy to fit it into their schedule and allowed me the option of finding and buying my own parts to save a little extra money. Even with several delays on my end they let me keep my vehicle at their shop for no extra charge. When I let them know I would be going out of town for an extended period they made sure to quickly finish up my repairs before I left. Unfortunately some additional damage was found during my initial repairs but they alerted me and directed me towards the next part I would need whenever I was ready to bring it back in to finish up. Overall I am very happy with the kindness they showed me and will trust them with my vehicle in the future!

I called yesterday morning, a Saturday, knowing I had a slim chance of getting my car into any repair shop last-minute but they told me to bring it down and if they got the time to look at it, they would— they managed to find time to not only look at my car but fix the problem (the starter) same-day!!! Dan quoted the price and when he called to let me know it was complete, it wasn’t a penny over the initial quote. I highly recommend this business and will refer my friends and family here from now on
(December 6, 2020, 9:30 am)I ONLY use Nolensville Auto because OF THEIR honesty, professionalism, courtesy, value and so on!! In these days of NO CUSTOMER CARE they STILL HAVE IT!!! Kudos to Vernon, his wife, Todd and the rest of the staff at Nolensville Auto Repair!! Thank you for remaining true to days of old when business still CARED about their customers and the service they provide!!!
